We stand behind every tribute we write. If it doesn’t move you, we will rewrite it until it does. That’s our commitment: not a fine-print promise, not a conditional guarantee. Unconditional.

Our Guarantee

Every Loyal & Loved tribute comes with a free rewrite guarantee. If the tribute we’ve written doesn’t feel true to your pet, if it misses something important, gets the tone wrong, or simply doesn’t capture who they were, email us and we’ll rewrite it. No forms, no hoops, no argument.

How to Request a Rewrite

Email hello@loyalandloved.com with:

• Your pet’s name and the email address you used at checkout.
• What you’d like changed: more specificity, a different tone, a detail that was missed, anything.

We aim to deliver your rewritten tribute within 24 hours. We’ll keep revising until it’s right.

Monetary Refunds

Because each tribute is a custom creative work generated immediately upon payment, we do not offer monetary refunds after delivery. Our commitment is to make it right through rewriting, not to undo the transaction.

If there was a technical error that prevented your tribute from being delivered (a payment processed but no tribute generated, for example), please contact us immediately at hello@loyalandloved.com and we will resolve it promptly, including a full refund if we cannot deliver.

Upgrades

Upgrade purchases (adding Essential or Legacy Collection to an existing tribute) are also covered by our rewrite guarantee. If the upgraded deliverables don’t meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll make it right.
